Remember that being coached is an investment in YOURSELF.

The first step is to schedule a free sample session to see if we are a good fit, and if this is an investment that you can balance comfortably in your budget.

At this time, all sessions are remote, in video call format, via Zoom meeting (occasional phone coaching may be an option if a video call is not possible). In-person sessions in the Tampa Bay area may be offered in the future. Click the button to book a session (all sessions are remote):

Coaching is a commitment and success depends on its regularity – like a workout. Therefore it’s best to make the investment as a package, until the accomplishment of your goals. Some clients will need just a few sessions, some prefer to see coaching as an ongoing resource – even after the initial goals have been met – by having sessions in a more spaced out period of time. That’s why I offer 4-session and 8-session packages, as a way for you to save money and keep the momentum going. Keep in mind that you can use your sessions in the package at your discretion – once a week, bi-weekly, monthly, or whenever you wish. Well, at least until I retire.


  • Individual Session: US$ 90.00
  • 4 Sessions Package: US$320.00
  • 8 Sessions Package: US$ 560.00

Packages are recommended, as you can save and book as needed, sessions don’t expire until I retire. I will invoice you via PayPal.

Session duration is around 50-60 minutes, depending on rhythym. If you have a question or brief issue in between sessions, you can email or text me, and I will respond as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY: I ask you to cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges. I reserve that time slot for you, and time has value.
